Have been completely lame about blogging – I guess I never really got started but today Jean Minder is my inspiration! Thanks Jean!
OK so my youngest is now almost 5 months old! Wow that went fast. He actually ate rice cereal last night for the first time and he loved it. Pretty cool. I can’t believe how fast they grow….my oldest is 12 and going to a Leadership Camp in Philadelphia ALONE – ok not really alone but with 5 others from WA and 60 from across the US – it’s all expenses paid as she won a essay contest about how she’d like to change the world. It’s quite an opportunity and I imagine it will be life changing for her. So fun to watch them grow. 12 is a fun age – still young enough to play and jump around all silly but old enough to do ALOT on her own. The three middle ones all doing well too – 9 year old having tons of fun at Vacation Bible School and the 2 and 4 year olds enjoying quiet time at home with others at VBS.
Summer is trying to arrive here – we have cleaned out the pool – about 500 tadpoles – no joke – we saved half and made them a pond but the others were sacrificed to the chlorine and filter – pretty gross but now it’s almost ready for swimming.
Looking forward to several days off next week with the 4th and all – we are catering a ton this weekend and then off for 4 days (well I have to work at the doctor’s office but deli will be closed) YEAH!
